We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You’ll receive a tracking code within 24 hours after your package leaves our warehouse.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same day, with a processing time of 1-2 days and a delivery time of 4-7 days.

Shipping is free for orders over £40. For orders under £40, a standard shipping fee of £4.99 applies.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected processing and shipping time, please wait an additional two days. Use your tracking code to check the status of your delivery. If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please take photos of the issue, provide a brief explanation, and contact us with your order number for assistance.

Return

You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.

After we approve your return, you will receive a full refund within 7 days, with no restocking fees. If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or credit card company, and contact customer service if necessary.

We only exchange defective or damaged items. To exchange an item, contact us directly, or return the item and place a new order.

To initiate a return, email customer service with your order number and reason for the return. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
